Shipments and Returns

Your Pack Shipment

• Packages are generally dispatched within Same Day after Receipt of Payment as we have all the items in Ready Stock.

• Tracking Details will be provided immediately once the item is shipped.

• We advise you to group your items in One Order. 

• Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

• Fruits Like Mangoes etc will be Shipped Promptly.

• Pls note we are not Responsible for Over Ripening or Damage of Mangoes & Fruits due to delay in Transit.

• Pls note we will not be Responsible for Non- Acceptance of Delivery of Perishable Food items, Mangoes & Fruits etc.

Returns :-

• Returns are accepted within (7) days from the Date of Delivery.

• Return Shipping Charges has to be Borne by the Customer.

• The Returned Product must be in Original Condition Unused & Unwashed with Label intact and in Selling Condition

• Acceptance of Returns will be solely on approval of Quality Check.

• We do not accept Returns on Food Items, Dry Fruits, Fruits & Mangoes are they are Perishable in Nature.

• We do not in any case provide Refund for damage of Perishable Food Items, Mango & Fruits etc in Transit.

• Cancellation Policy : Pls note Orders once placed will not be Cancelled in any case.

• If Some Fruits and other products are not available after placing the order we will check availability till 15 days & If Fruits not available still then customer has to buy some other Products From our website.

• If Then to Customers demand Cancellation & if Further Order has been placed with the Vendor a Cancellation charge Rs.300 or 10% of Order Value whichever is higher will be deducted from the Refund amount.

• Pls note as Orders for Imported Fruits are Placed with Vendors Refund may take 15 days from the Date of Cancellation to be Credited in Customer account.
